Wilmarie Horn

Wilmarie Horn studied law at the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, and has obtained her Baccalaureus Artium [B.A. Law]; Baccalaureus Legum [LLB] and Master's Degree [LLM] specializing in anti-child trafficking legislation.  She is the author of the international publicized book "The Challenge of Child Traffikcing: South Africa's Legal Compliance with its International Obligations in respect of Child Trafficking" which can be purchased online at Amazon.com. Ms Horn was admitted in the High Court of the Republic of Namibia on 29 April 2011.
