Commercial law, also known as business law, is the body of law that applies to the rights, relations, and conduct of persons and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales. Corporate law deals the formation and operations of corporations or companies and is related to commercial and contract law. A business corporation or company is a for-profit firm that is incorporated or registered under the corporate or company law of the applicable laws in the Republic of Namibia.
