Debt Collections

The Debt Collection department of W Horn Attorneys mainly deals with corporate clients who hand over bad debt for collection. Debt Collection services are also provided to individuals who wish to collect debt from another individual or corporate entity. A variety of debt collection services are offered including, inter alia, drafting letters of demand, issuing summons, Section 65 procedures, attachment of debtor’s property to be sold in execution of debts and emolument attachment orders.
