Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is the procedure whereby legal disputes between two or more parties that seek money damages or specific performance are settled. Civil litigation encompasses a broad range of disputes; inter alia, it attempts to right a wrong, claim compensation, obtain immediate legal relief, fulfill obligations set in place by an agreement, or settle any other kind dispute. In civil litigation matters, clients are represented by a legal practitioner in a Court of Law.
